What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for most orders is 24 candles—perfect for small, thoughtful branded gifts or events.

Do you offer bulk pricing or tiered discounts?

Yes we offer a variety of bulk/tiered pricing and occasional size and scent discounts. Reach out and let us know what you need!

Can I customize the labels or scents for corporate branding?

Absolutely, you’ll work alongside our in-house graphic designer to design your label and pick your outer packaging options. We offer more scents in addition to our scent guide, depending on order quantity we can curate scents.

What is the lead time for corporate or branded orders?

Lead time depends on order quantity and complexity of design, if a logo or art is provided we save on design time otherwise expect up to a week for custom designs depending on edits and complexity. Then 1-2 weeks for production.

Do you ship to multiple addresses or provide dropshipping?

We can ship to multiple addresses but in most cases we don’t do drop shipping with exceptions.

Are your candles eco-friendly and non-toxic?

Absolutely they are! We aren’t interested in giving toxins. Our candles are made with locally harvest beeswax, organic coconut oil, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks.

Can I request product samples or a discovery kit?

Can’t quite decide which scent? Trying to match a vibe? Tell us what you’re looking for our can’t decide between and you can get samples before making a decision

What is your return or damage policy for bulk orders?

Obviously we try our best to package our candles so they won’t break or be damaged but things happen. You don’t pay for something that’s not right. Mishap candles can either be refunded, replaced, relabelled, etc. Whatever the situation requires we will try to make things go smoothly.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

We definitely prefer a heads up but we understand a tight deadline and last minute gifting. Let us know your in-hand date and we will see what we can do in most cases we are able to accommodate depending on shipping times & materials on-hand (order size).

What payment methods are accepted for corporate orders?

Frequent clients and large orders are open to net 14 and net 30 terms. Smaller and first time orders usually will be paid on shipment. All major credit card companies as well as ACH and bank pay is accepted.

Do you offer recurring gifting or subscription programs?

Gifting on a schedule? Let us know your needs and we certainly can have reoccurring candles either of one or multiple designs.
