Refund policy

We have a happiness guarantee, if you aren't happy we will make it right and happily exchange, replace, or refund. Doesn't need to be broken or a mix up. If we make a mistake its a bonus for you, the item you mistakenly received is now yours, let us know about the mix up and we'll send you actual item out to you usually within 1 week. Just explain to us the situation and give us your order details, we will respond within 1-2 days to find a solution.

You can always contact us for any return, refund, or replacement question through the same forum.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us through our customer contact form, if a product was received damaged it will be replaced adequately or refunded. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Depending on what the mistake is, in most cases exchanging is not necessary and a new item can be sent out without an exchange.

Refunds
Our happiness guarantee is that you won't pay for something you weren't happy with. Reach out and tell us what the issue is, we would like to make it right but ultimately will refund if a replacement isn't desired. In some cases, you will not be required to send in your goods for inspection. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if you decided against getting a replacement product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
